General rules

1. Uczestnictwo w sekcjach wspinaczkowych dla osób dorosłych możliwe jest od 16 lat, przy czym osoby poniżej 18 lat muszą posiadać pisemną zgodę rodzica, według wzoru.  
2. Sections are held from the start date of the section (given in section schedule) until the end of June 2026.  
3. Sekcje odbywają się 1 raz w tygodniu, zgodnie z kalendarzem sekcji
4. Sections are conducted in groups of 5 to 8 people.
5. The condition for participation in a given section is: (1) registration of participation in the selected section by form on the website, (2) acceptance of these regulations and (3) payment of the section fee
6. If a participant registers for a section where there are no more places available, he or she will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if a place becomes available in the future.
7. The section may be terminated for objective reasons, including in the event of too few participants in a given calendar month (less than 5 participants)
8. The sections will be led by the instructor specified in the section schedule, with the proviso that the organizer may appoint a replacement for the leading instructor in the event of his/her absence.

Fees

1. The fee for the sections is payable za cały miesiąc kalendarzowy z góry w wysokości uzależnionej od liczby zajęć odbywających się w danym miesiącu. 
2. Opłatę za pierwszy miesiąc uczestnictwa w sekcji wnosi się bezpośrednio przed pierwszymi zajęciami, opłatę za każdy kolejny miesiąc najpóźniej na ostatnich zajęciach w miesiącu poprzedzającym.
3. Niewniesienie opłaty we wskazanych powyżej terminach skutkować może wykreśleniem z sekcji.
4. If a participant joins a section from the reserve list or registers for the first time for a section during a given month, the fee for the first month will cover only the classes remaining until the end of the month, counting from the day on which he or she received information about the possibility of joining the section from the reserve list or from the day of first registration for the section.
5. The price is 62 zł za każde zajęcia odbywające się w danym miesiącu. Przykładowo: jeśli w danym miesiącu kalendarzowym zaplanowane są 4 zajęcia, opłata za sekcję w tym miesiącu wynosi 4 * 62 zł = 248 zł
6. The section price list may change from the beginning of the next calendar month.

Doing sections

1. In the event that a section participant who has paid for classes in a given calendar month is unable to attend part of the classes, they may make up for those classes:
   • • • by participating in a section of the same level on a different day of the week with the same or a different instructor, after prior arrangement at the MONO reception desk. This form of make-up is only possible if the chosen section is not fully booked and only in a given calendar monthin which the participant missed or plans to miss the class; OR
       • training independently, i.e. using the fee for a given class as entry to the facility, no later than the end of the next calendar month after the month in which the participant missed the class 
2. Fees for unused and unscheduled classes are not refundable.
3. If the instructor cancels the class and the organizer does not appoint a replacement, the fee for the canceled class reduces the fee for the next calendar month accordingly, and if this is the last month of running a given section, it is returned to the participant.
